Shipping and delivery

Delivery across Ireland

We deliver to addresses across Ireland. We pack and hand over most orders within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes an estimated 5 to 7 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, so contact us before ordering if you need the mask by a particular day.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on orders of €75 or more after discounts. Below that, delivery is €22. Every mask we sell is priced above €75, so a single mask ships free, including with the valued-customer discount.

Express delivery

You can choose express delivery at checkout for €22, on any order. It is charged even when standard delivery would be free. Express arrival times are not guaranteed, so ask us before ordering if timing matters.

Tracking

We email your tracking details once your order has shipped. Items in the same order can travel in separate parcels. If your parcel seems delayed, contact us with your order number.

Where orders ship from

Our masks are sent to you directly by our suppliers and can travel from outside Ireland. If you have a question about how your order will reach you, ask us before you order.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the time we give you, we will tell you and explain the delay. You can then agree a new date or cancel the order for a full refund.

Missing or damaged deliveries

Tell us straight away if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, and we will put it right at no cost to you. See our refunds and returns policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
