Prices and orders

All prices and checkout totals are in euro (EUR). Before you pay, the cart shows the item, the quantity, any discount, the delivery charge and the total you will pay. Please check your contact details and delivery address carefully.

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. If a confirmation does not arrive, contact us before paying again.

Payment

The payment methods on offer appear at checkout. Card and PayPal payments are handled by those providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

We deliver across Ireland. Our shipping policy explains delivery times and charges. If we cannot deliver within the time we give you, we will tell you and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel without giving a reason, under Irish and EU law. We extend this to 15 days. Our refunds and returns policy explains how to cancel, who pays for the return and what we refund.

Your consumer rights

Goods you buy from us must match their description, be of acceptable quality and be fit for their purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right you have under Irish or EU consumer law. Please contact us first about any concern so we can help put it right.

Using the product

Read the instructions that come with the mask and use it only as they describe. Our product pages describe physical features such as warmth, air compression and vibration, for comfort and relaxation. They do not promise a medical outcome, and the mask is not a substitute for professional care.

Using this website

If you are under 18, please use the store with a parent or guardian. Do not upload malicious code, harass others, publish unlawful material or infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access to anyone who misuses the site.

Text, images and designs on this website are for your personal shopping use. Please ask us in writing before reusing them commercially, unless the law allows it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live in Ireland, you can bring a claim in the Irish courts, including the Small Claims procedure, and you keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
